2. Walk away from conflicts. Just let things go.
3. Refuse to evaluate or judge the motives of others.
4. Stop competing or comparing yourself with others.
5. Think of something you are grateful for every hour.
6. Smile a lot.
7. Let go of the need to control things or people.
8. Consciously enjoy each moment of your day.
9. Stop multi-tasking.
10. Pray constantly.
